The 3 series is garbage and who better to tell you then BMW owners themselves. The.accepted concensus is that the 3-series (posuer mobile) will have a major failure - its only a matter.of time. Electrical systems and oil is the major issue. If you want to buy a BMW you do NOT buy a 3-series.but instead buy the 7 or even the 5. If you have any doubts go to a bimmer club site to read for yourself. Its not a matter of IF you car will fail but WHEN.
