Infiniti QX56 2011 Review

Low-mounted headlights on the 2011 Infiniti continue that design trait from the last-generation QX56. This time, though, the QX56 is far more curvy than its predecessor.

The QX56 churns 400 horsepower out of its 5.6-liter V-8 engine. That's a 25 percent bump over the outgoing model, while fuel efficiency has increased by 10 percent . Infiniti has held the line on pricing, so the new QX56 will arrive this summer priced exactly the same as the last generation. Yet a base price of $56,700 doesn't strike me as much of a bargain, especially as the price of gasoline once again begins its inevitable march upward.
